RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1.1. According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. 1.2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the physical goods.

2. IMPORTANT HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS (PET FOOD)

2.1. Please note that pet food, treats, and supplements are considered goods in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons once the seal is broken. 2.2. We can only accept returns of food products if the original bag or container is unopened, perfectly sealed, and undamaged. 2.3. Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life are also excluded from the right of return.

3. CONDITION OF NON-FOOD ITEMS

3.1. For accessories (collars, bowls, toys, etc.), the items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 3.2. If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods (e.g., a used or dirty collar), we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

4. RETURN PROCESS

4.1. Notification: To start a return, please notify us via email at infofurrfit@gmail.com with your order number. 4.2. Shipping: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping fees) unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). 4.3. Address: Please send the carefully packed items to: FurrFit – Returns Onomyšl 25, 285 04, Uhlířské Janovice, Czech Republic.

5. REFUNDS

5.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 5.2. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 14 days of the date we received the returned goods.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

6.1. If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the package from the carrier and contact us immediately. 6.2. If you discover a defect after opening (that is not caused by misuse), you are entitled to a warranty claim within 24 months for consumer goods.
